5/10 - Top pair, I raise fold the river.
BB is a 25/18/1.8 TAG. Good, or did I screw this one up badly? At the time, I felt he was pulling a wa/wb line so I thought "raise for value". Afterwards, I have a hard time putting him on a hand played like he did. I think I regret this fold...

UGh, 56 or 44 is about the only thing I can put him on. Regardless, there's no way he's expecting a fold from you.

I feel peeling the flop was marginal given the draw heavy board and the possibility of BB check raising.

Its still hard for me to see this hand being worth about 5.5 outs and this kind of board often connects with a 55 vpip'er.

Yeah, I thought flop peel was pretty thin too, but I think its close enough that if the guy at the table at the time thought he should peel, then we'll just go with that.

close peel, but the rest of the hand is fine.

I'd fold the flop. Also, just call the river. When a good player bets into you on this river, all you have is a crying call. |

Re: 5/10 - Top pair, I raise fold the river.
I agree about a flop fold here. You got jack for a hand and the board is all coordinated with 2 clubs. Even if you hit, it's easy for you to lose. As played, I'd just call the river. BB sees you have a King from the turn play, so I'd just call this bet.
