99 on good board...betting or jamming?

2/3 of the way thru this $20 mtt on PP (125 left of 460). Stack is a little below avg. Im not too scared of the J here and figure Im good at this point. Should I be making a big bet here,... or jamming to flush out any possible draw? Appreciate any comments/suggestions on the preflop raise too.

As played, jam it! I'm not sure I would open-raise for ~1/4 of my stack with 99 here, though. On the flop, anything but going all-in is bad.
