"2+2 Project" gone International.

This is inspired by the "2+2 LA Project thread" and the possibilty of online poker getting screwed in the US. I sent the OP a PM requesting that he ad me to the party but I think it would be cooler to go somewhere that is not the US.


So its basically the same concept of a bunch of 2p2ers getting together and heading to some foreign country for 6 months to year or more.

Me: Im graduating in December with my BS in Business specializing in small business management. Im bored where I am living, not to mention already mounting legal concerns.

Any interest in going somewhere else aside from LA? London, Spain, Thailand, Australia, Jamiaca, Costa Rica, anywhere.


We can rent/buy a nice place somewhere and play poker and hopefully help each other out. Everyone is responsible for their share of the bills, all of this to be agreed upon in writing b4 we all move in.

of the locations you mentioned, i'd probably advocate thailand, as cost of living is pretty cheap compared to the other places mentioned...if your balla though, im sure the other countries are options.

FWIW, i remember reading some thread abt a guy doing this in thailand, but dont recall what happened/if a follow-up thread was posted.

Sounds cool too. I think if you pick a place, you'll definitely get a ton of interest too.

I know its kind of backwards but Id want to see where the general consesus would be to go before we just pick a place.

I alone am not baller. But if we can get enough of us togehter to go do something Im sure it wont be a problem at all. If they are willing to spend 6k a month in LA for a baller pad we can probably get the same or better for less in other countries. I know Thailand has a really low cost of living and I would like to go there but Im also open to places with a lot of history and chicks with hot foriegn accents.

I also saw the thread about the guy doing soemthing in Thailand and not sure what ended up happening with that.
