Default Top Two Vs. Insane Check Raise!

Hand that confused me last night vs TheGreat22, has his own avatar I guess he won a big multi, he plays cash regularly. Honestly who else folds this? Only pertinent history we have is he check raised all in on a river when I had nothing after missing a sf draw a few hands earlier.

FullTiltPoker (6 max) - $5/$10

Seat 1: thegreat22 ($1,640)
Seat 2: KaGame ($1,376.75)

Seat 3: hudlotion ($512)
Seat 4: spongato ($997.75)
Seat 5: dusty money ($210)
Seat 6: Paragon9 ($1,432)

*** HOLE CARDS ***

Dealt to KaGame [Ts Js]

thegreat22 raises to $35
KaGame calls $35
hudlotion folds
spongato folds
dusty money folds
Paragon9 folds

*** FLOP *** [Th 2s 8h]

thegreat22 bets $50
KaGame calls $50

*** TURN *** [Th 2s 8h] [Jc]

thegreat22 checks
KaGame bets $90
thegreat22 raises to $1,555, and is all in
KaGame: wtf
KaGame has 15 seconds left to act
dusty money: no flush for you
KaGame is sitting out
KaGame has timed out
KaGame folds
Uncalled bet of $1,465 returned to thegreat22
KaGame has returned
thegreat22 mucks
thegreat22 wins the pot ($362)

I don't like this thread in HSNL. Not a complex hand.

TWP did I ask for your input again? Did I find your earlier response helpful in the least? Would I like to see the difference between MS and HS responses?

Only one yes TWP

As such, we're requesting strictly that all 5/10 hands be posted in Medium Stakes.

If it's a very deep, interesting hand against a well-known tough opponent then we may make an exception, but just because you were 150bbs deep and didn't know what to do is not a good enough reason.

So many things that could be going on here - you say the guy just won a big multi - well, could he be playing this like a tourament and be pushing with a big draw...ace-nine of hearts comes to mind. Or, could he have a ton of money from the tourney and be splashing around.

but...you have to be aware that there is a good chance he's overbetting the pot with his 9/7 to make it look like a steal.

Without much information on my opponent, it's a tough spot to be in. You aren't that deep - I probably call, but I hate it. But I call because there are just too many hands he could have that I can beat. I hate calling off my money against an opponent that I don't have a read on.

Yeah I really hate this. Where was the consultation on this move? The level of analysis in MS is usually completely worthless to me, no offense intended. I never post hands of my own, contribute a decent amount, and the one time I want some feedback I get crap about it. I tried midstakes first and everyones consensus seemed to be that he had AA. W. T. F.
