2+2 project in LA starting in January
Myself and Kyle ( http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/showpr...part=1&vc=1 ) are moving to LA in January (We both are graduating from college with undergraduate degrees, and we are taking some time off before going forward with our education. He plans to get his masters and finance, and I plan to go to medical school) We were planning on getting an apt for $1500-2000 each a month, but we are reevaluating this decision. We are considering a 6-7 bedroom house full of 2+2ers. A 2+2 project ala "The Game" if you will.
We anticipate that something like this could tremendously develop the poker skills of everyone involved in the group. Ideally we would like a strong mix of players with different talents. Clearly the rent alone will filter out most of the worse players. Also, with a house this nice, we will likely bring in many LA girls (probably slutty, you filthy filthy bastards). For anyone wishing to become a member, here is what you must know. 1. Expect a commitment of 6 months to 1 year. At that time, we will reevaluate. 2. Expect rent somewhere between 1000-1500 a month. We really don't want anyone who has any problem with this. So, expect to need a strong bankroll and yearly earn. Since we are poker players, we may work out a deal where we all pay the realtor upfront or get a cd, something to make sure rent won't be a problem for anybody. 3. Any house rules etc would be decided by a house vote. Post here or PM me if you have any interest. Thanks alot, blake

I'm not good at poker and I couldn't pay rent, perhaps I could be like a mentee to all you baller poker players and your goal could be to get me good enough at poker so I could pay rent!

Clearly you gentlemen will need a live in cook. I get up late though, so lunch can't be before three, I'm generally drunk by six, so dinner will be mostly cereal. When should I plan on moving in?

For the price you are describing we are talking about a freakin mansion. You can get sufficiently baller digs for less even in LA.
If for some reason I break up with my girlfriend I would totally do this, but as it is, no. Will come to visit though. NT
