OOT decide my purchases

I want an Aeron chair. I sort of want a medium (<=32 inches) LCD TV. I need a decent raincoat.

Given that these are approximately the same price, which order should I get them. Assume I watch little TV and the TV will be used about 90% on watching DVDs. The raincoat I will likely be forced to get in two weeks. The chair I would use immediately. I'm reluctant to get all three, but can be convinced otherwise.

Other miscellaneous expenditures I'll likely make in the next couple weeks are either a new futon (for guests) or a sofabed. A small dining room table might also be in the works. A small couch is also likely. So is a coffee table.

Help me prioritize.
