Default AJ facing a flop min checkraise

Villain is unknown. I'm pretty worried about set or higher ace. Does anyone do this with a hand I beat?

There is no point in calling the flop minraise if you are going to fold the turn, the situation has not changed, its only gotten better because hearts didnt get there.

Thing is, you pretty much knew the $100 turn bet or more was coming when you made that call, so call/fold is not a consistant line of play. If you think you should fold the turn, you should have folded to the minraise.

Unless they are very active just muck to the flop raise.

i'd call flop and call turn. generally call river also unless he bets big. it's certaintly possible he's just a donk with a set/two pair but i've seen donks do this with ax just as often.

fold to flop minraise, or call down. or pop turn all in, or 3bet flop.

I would assume that villain would re-raise a higher ace out of position.
The flush draw is unlikely as well due to villain check-raise in first position, and a flop fold therefore seems as the best solution but don’t lie down to such click-raises to often.
A 3-bet doesn’t appeal to me as a very good play. Villain will not call with anything we beat and we will commit way to much money to the pot.
