Folds. 66 sucks multiway and I can't see raising it here. You are not closing the action, so calling isn't really an option either.

So if I was closing the action I could call and hope that I hit a set on the flop or SB checks it down?

calling and checking it down is tempting but i think this is a fold. UTG might not want to check it down and there are few flop that you will be wanting to be putting more chips into.

re-raising is dangerous because then your hoping for a coin-flip with shorty but could end up totalling screwed.

the question on my mind is which pocket pair do we re-raise all-in. 99-JJ can be against 3 overcards or an overpair often enough. i guess QQ+ we repush but honestly i have a hard time not repushing 99-JJ. what about AQ-AK?

The fact that UTG has us covered makes me much more inclined to call. However since he is repushing a fair amount of the time I fold.
