I ordered hand grabber last week, I have not yet received. I've also emailed support@handgrabber.com with no reply. I know some of these people often post here, just wondering what I can do to get this.

Scott is notoriously hot-or-miss w/ his support. sometimes v/ fast, sometimes (usually) like pulling teeth. Post in the HG thread on the PT forums.
A week is way too long to receive it. mine arrived nearly instantaneously |
