So ya, I fart way too much. Smells bad. Has been going on for quite some time.

How do I fix this?

Cut all milk and milk products from your diet for a week. Even check labels for things like lactose. Strict no milk for a week. If it goes away, then you have lactose intolerence. You can either continue to avoid milk and milk products, or take something like Lactaid when you do eat it.

Lactose intolerence is fairly common in adults after age 25, especially among some ethnic groups. If this doesn't work, try cutting out some other foods and see what makes it stop. But odds are, it's milk.
