Fold quads 300xBB DEEP???

I was taking a shot at 400nl and this hand made me crap my pants:

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, 4$ BB (6 handed) pokerhand.org hand converter

Hero ($1202.82)
MP ($158.19)
Villain ($1197.10)
Button ($242)
SB ($440.05)
BB ($328)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of $2.
Hero raises to $14, 1 fold, Villain raises to $35, 3 folds, Hero calls.

Flop: ($76) K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks, Villain checks.

Turn: ($76) 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks, Villain checks.

River: ($76) K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets $60, Villain raises to $150, Hero raises to $350, Villain goes ALL-IN for roughly $810 more, Hero folds.

Villain was playing very tight (15/4, 300 hands) and wasn't very aggressive post-flop. Pre-flop I was very afraid he might have AA/KK because he was playing so tight so i just called hoping to hit a set. I now realize I should have probably bet the turn, but at the time I thought he might check flop with AA for pot control but would most likely fire turn and then I could trap him with a check-raise.

I can't see him playing any other hand except KK this way, so I eventually folded after almost timing out. Comments?

well, don't fold quads. you don't have enough information here to rule out Kx here.
