no it was the button that raised preflop, and the SB who had 7723.

by the way, against 7723 you actually have 1 out to scoop, and 6 outs to half the pot.

am I missing something here? the only way to scoop is an ace plus a high card. That's substantially less then 1 out. I don't see outs to the low besides running 23 which is another longshot worth less then an out as well.

any 2 or 3 counterfeits 7723, enabling a low for AA45, while, on a board or A772, 7723 only has quads and a low draw.

I see. I'm still new to omaha. that is still not 6 outs though. You need running cards of 2x-high or 3x-high, or running 23 to win the low. Winning High is 1 out and scooping is ace + 2,3,9+, again needing runners. So it's still less then 1 out to scoop and less then 6 outs to half the pot. I'm not geeky enough to actually do the math on this hand.

Hey Fiasco, haven't seen you in a while. The 7723 was in fact in the hands of the button while the SB had A244(retarded collustion?!?).

When I posted I had remembered the SB's hand as A224 but it was actually A244 so I had actually 2 outs for the low half the pot(the 2's) not just a case deuce. 100% better off, sweet.

no, you dont need a running 2 3. if the turn is a two, the board will be A772. Hero will have an A2457 low, and villain will not have a low at all. The same works for a 3. So that gives us 6 cards to counterfeit villains low.

Yes, they are not full outs because hero can get recounterfeited on the river with a 4 or 5, but I dont like to say things like hero has 5.87234519 outs.

no, a 3 was no good because of the idiot SB that check-raised with A244 (showing that I was drawing dead for high as well)

there's not much math to do.

if a 2 falls, then hero has a low and villain doesn't. same thing with a 3 falling.

therefore, hero has 6 outs that enable a low on the turn, any 2 or 3, and it has nothing to do with runner runner 2,3 or a precise combination of anything.

if a 2 falls, OP has A,2,4,5,7 for low. if a 3 falls, OP has A,3,4,5,7 for low.....AND if either a 2 or 3 falls on the turn then the villain does NOT yet have a low.

it's 6 outs. period.
