SO I just got paid. I had something like 39000 points. I now have >40K so I get paid more. I don't understand how they will pay me though? Do they add on the extra the now owe me for the first pay period after the 2nd pay period?

i think they just make up the difference on next months payment

They pay you for the first month after the first month, and for the second month after the second month. You'll get $ for points earned from Sept 15-> Oct 14th on October 19th or so.

It seems clear that if you play enough to get to another "level" in the second half, they ought to make it up in the second month, but I'll bet they just screw you over :P.

You don't get paid more for 40k points. The highest limit is >15k points. At 40k points you receive a free entry into the million dollar monster BS.
