Default Looking to SERIOUSLY improve

Whats the best +ev play for someone looking to up their sitngo game?

I can currently 6 table 10+1s.
Should I focus on SNGPT nitpicking? Adding more tables? Moving up levels?

What's a realistic time frame for actually improving myself.. if I play all day every day and have insane dedication, will I still have to train for months to advance to the 20s?

The short answer to all your questions is "it depends".

Read the FAQs.

Read this forum.

Play.

Review hand histories.

Post hands.

Repeat.

are we talking seriosuly improving or improving seriously? what are we improving exactly, our game or the seriousness of our game? if we're seriously looking to improve, then how do we know the difference when we've improved seriously? im just really confused at the outcome of all of these variables.

Read all of the hand discussion posts you can in order to get a sense of what's right in the common situations. Move up as fast as possible. When I started (old structure), I built up $800 over a few months of screwing around playing 25nl and the 11s. One month I decided that I needed money and decided to get serious. I read every hand discussion post I could from the players who were beating the games for the most (curtains, raptor, Nick B. among frequent posters at the time) and made 6k at the 22s the next month. I didn't even bother getting SNGPT (it was pretty new at the time and 80 bucks seemed like a lot to me back then).

In order:

1) Hand discussion posts from known winners... situational play is paramount.
2) Get up to 8 tables, quantity is everything in SNGs.
3) Move up. Play the 11 speeds with $500, the 22s with $1000, 33s with $1600-1800, 55s with 3.5k... move down if you drop ~20 buyins.

Eh, I figured there was a big-name player that everyone knew about behind said username... Was just curious - don't care enough to search.

focus on moving up a level 1 table at a time?

i don't think that tricky plays are the most important here

there's only so much 'reading' one can do at this level.. set a guy on a range of hands and raise or fold
