Default protein shakes/ power - taste

i use designer whey powder, mixing it in oj - tastes like a creamcicle, albeit a mildly gag-inducing one. not too bad but im thinking theres gotta be better products or methods.

any recomendations on brands and mixers?

Nitro Tech chocolate was by far the best-tasting mix I've tried. I stopped using it because it contains aspartame, which isn't something I want to put into my body. If you're trying to gain weight as well as muscle mass, I would reccommend ensure plus. If I remember correctly, each can has 450 calories and a decent amount of protein. It tastes like a milkshake.

If you want a creamsicle shake, definitely use Dymatize Elite Whey - Orange Dreamsicle. $25 for 5 lbs. I prefer Dymatize Elite over all the other brands for 100% whey post-workout.

If you want the best it's bomberblend. The others just cannot compare to Dave's quality.

Syntrax Nectar. Absolutely delicious. I LOVE the cherry flavor.

I use All the Whey (http://www.allthewhey.com/)

I've had the vanilla, strawberry, chocolate and banana flavors. All have been very creamy, taste good, mix well and they're at a very good price. I think they're a lot cheaper than a lot of other proteins because you're buying directly from them so it cuts out the middle man (Vitamin Shoppe, GNC, another webstore etc.)
