Default Intertops issues

I missed the soft Prima action and decided to sign up at Intertops (thru BW for a nice $100 bonus).
Anyway, they are giving me a hard time rite now.
First they said that I only played 630 raked hands (their lobby and my PokerOffice said +700).
Having that fixed...
Now I am a bonus abuser, only playing the SB and the BB!!!
Omg. being a (weakish)tight-aggr player, my stats are normally 16/7/2,3 and during my play for Intertops my stats are 16,7/7,2/2,0. (Weak)TAG maybe but hardly only with intentions of "only playing SB and BB" and "not trying to win a pot".

I will keep this updated and if they honour my bonus I'll let you know...
Meantime, stay away from Intertops...

Dear Niva,

A check of our records indicated that you have fulfilled the raked hand
requirement required for the affiliate bonus. However, the amount of rake
which has been contributed to the house and a check of your hand histories
indicates that you have only been contributing to the small/big blinds with
no intention of actively participating in games, and as per our rules and
regulations you are ineligble for the 50% up to $100.00 matchup bonus.

Please see the following rules;

2.12 Bonus programs are intended for recreational bettors only. Professional
players or players considered to be abusing the bonus system may have their
bonuses as well as any winnings from wagers based on such bonuses forfeited
and be subject to further sanctions, at the sole discretion of the
Intertops.com management. In case of abuse, Intertops.com reserves the right
to discontinue a customer's membership and to prevent the player from
accessing any Intertops.com sites in the future.

The offer is available to genuine players only, genuine players being ones
that are active /participating in games with the intention of winning pots.
Any players who attempt to abuse the offer by contributing only the
small/big blinds with no intention to actively participate in games will
forfeit the right to claim the opening bonus.

If you have any further queries, please contact us, we will be happy to
assist.

Sincerely

Brian

And, keep in mind that 16,7/7,2/2,0 shows the V$IP/PFR/AggrTot so my total of played hands are ~20%.

Anybody had similar issues with Intertops?

Dear Patsy,

Thank you for your e-mail request. We apologise for any inconvenience
caused in this regard. The Poker Managers have informed us that after a
thorough check of your account was done, the previous e-mail concerning the
minimal contribution to the blinds will stand. Unfortunately, the bonus will
not be credited to your account as the rule given. Please see the rule
below:

2.12 Bonus programs are intended for recreational bettors only.
Professional players or players considered to be abusing the bonus system

We sincerely regret that fact that you are not in agreement with our
decision.

Sincerely

I'm having similar problems as well. Completed the 700 raked hands and they're claiming I only contributed blinds (which is patently false) and thus they're not going to pay the bonus.

Stay away from intertops.

At least I was well ahead over the course of those 700 hands so it wasn't a complete waste of time.

The saga continues....

Intertops has backed off the "only played blinds" claim. However, they now claim that I didn't enter a bonus code when I signed up. Of course, no bonus code is necessary when signing up through BW (verified by the BW staff).

Intertops then had the balls to offer me a new bonus with a larger raked hand requirement. My response was simple, pay me the bonus I signed up for and completed along with a response regarding the bonus code issue.

Intertops then asked for 24hrs to investigate, which is due to expire later this afternoon.

The BW guys are pondering removing Intertops from their site and blacklisting them. A move I would fully support given the behavior of Intertops.

By far the worst experience I've had claiming a bonus in about a year of playing the bonus game.
