How does he play? I've no problem with raising, folding, or flat calling. Stack sizes are obviously the most important factor here. I think I'm calling here, most of the time.

I'd move in here or fold. I don't flat call its too weak. I'd move in 9 out of 10 times just to put the presure on him/her.

interesting... your read i'm guessing is a lot like mine - will open a lot of hands here and will cbet a lot. i would exploit that by pushing pre, but i'm sure jamming over a lot of cbets is good too. i'd be a lot more inclined to take your line with J9s or something though.

what kinds of flops do you think are bad for pushing over a cbet? to start with, i'd say a flop with an A. he's opening a lot of hands with no A, but he's opening all hands with an A.

I'd say flops that are bad for pushing over a c-bet, are flops that would be bad to c-bet. If the flop is one that you would normally c-bet, push away.

So, something like Q83 rainbow would be ideal. Or JJ2. Stuff like that.

bigt, arent our stacks a little deep for this? obv we arent doing this on all flops but the risk/reward still seems high. it seems like we shouldnt be messing with another big stack here.

call, push over Cbet unless you see atleast 2 of the following cards: TJQKA on the flop, then fold to the cbet.

this is a great way to pick up 1000 chips and put yourself a few blocks over. Also, folding to the cbet on a bad flop doesnt hurt you.
