Default 100NL; hit my set on the turn, get re-raised

I've been at the table for 3 or 4 orbits, being somewhat LAG-gy. No read on the Villain, who's 16/0/inf. over a small sample. I think I played this one as badly as could be played.

Full Tilt Poker
No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $0.5/$1
6 players

Stack sizes:
UTG: $280.10
UTG+1: $102.15
Villain: $95.35
Button: $180.10
SB: $99.00
Hero: $112.60

Pre-flop (6 players) Hero is BB with 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
UTG folds, UTG+1 folds, Villain raises to $3, Button folds, SB folds, <font color="#cc0000">Hero calls $2</font>

Flop: J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] ($6.50, 2 players)
<font color="#cc0000">Hero bets $5,</font> Villain calls $5

Turn: 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] ($16.50, 2 players)
<font color="#cc0000">Hero checks,</font> Villain bets $8, <font color="#cc0000">Hero raises to $25,</font> Villain raises to $45

(Pot now: $86.50)

What do you put Villain on? How do you proceed?
