Default stakin in the party poker BJ promo

I might be looking to stake somebody in this party BJ promo (many others will probably want to do this so this thread could help many people). aka I would give 2k dollars to a friend to play with and at the end he gets to keep a certain amount. What would be a fair amount for him to keep?

This should be easy for a math geek but I think given the variance he shouldnt keep that much. Perhaps 25% or something.

edit: This is given he plays the 5k possible hands. If its only 1k hands I think 5% or something.
