Default $400NL: Ugh... need some help

Things have been brutal the last six weeks or so. I can't help but feel like I need to make some adjustments. The first downswing (which sort of takes on a linear losing streak) was when I tried to play tighter. My normal style is to play a lot of hands... and I think this helps me to get paid off for big bets on the end. At the same time, I think I pay off too much with weak hands or get called when I don't have the goods.

Can anyone offer any advice?

I'd say you're playing too many limped pots. Focus on playing ip.

Should I filter these to only include 4,5 and 6 handed? Some of this includes heads up and three handed.

So fold more preflop and raise more, in position?

SSNL, BBV, Sports Betting and OOT. I just moved up to 400NL a couple months ago and I'm trying to adjust.

Think I should move down to 200 to sort things out? I guess specifically, lately I've been suffering from a lack of confidence in hand reading... if I raise with AQ from LP and get called by the SB and he bets out on a flop of J93 (or similar situation), I just don't feel comfortable going forward with the hand.

At first, I would routinely float when I thought opponent was tricky or had missed, based on what I think their hand range is. These days, I just feel like a pussy.

move down to 100or200nl untill your win rate is at least 5ptbb also it shouldnt take 88 days to play 11500 hands, you see my chart all that was from this month 32k hands

The last 8300 hands are from September. Come to think of it... I started three/four tabling in September, where before I was only playing one or two. When I up'd the tables, this directly corresponds to when the graph stops being pretty.

Coincidence?

Either way I still have a [censored]-ton of work to do on my game. Including figuring out a way to play at least 1k hands a day.
