How do I post my poker tracker stats?

I am going through a brutal downswing and I would like to know how to post my PT stats.

Use microsoft Paint and upload the image.

Take a screenshot (Ctrl + PrintScrn), open Pain, press Ctrl+V to paste the image. Save the image, upload to imageshack and then host the image in a thread.

Make sure to take a few screen shots of the different things like the "more details" section if you want to make a stats post.
