Default KK facing river push

Villian is 61/22 over 93 hands. Am I playing scared here?

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

MP ($112.55)
CO ($71.11)
Hero ($192.60)
SB ($93.50)
BB ($91)
UTG ($113.20)

Preflop: Hero is Button with K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of $0.50.
1 fold, MP raises to $2, 1 fold, Hero raises to $6, 2 folds, MP calls $4.

Flop: ($13.50) A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
MP checks, Hero bets $6, MP calls $6.

Turn: ($25.50) 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
MP bets $20, Hero calls $20.

River: ($65.50) J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
Villian pushes $81 and Hero ?

Even against a guy this loose, can this be a call?

How bad did I play the turn? I'm thinking very.

Bet the flop or check it. I check it.

Fold the turn, fold the river. No, this is not playing scared.

I'd fold, you're pretty much only beating a bluff here, although it is a little suspicious why he's betting so much.

Next time reraise more pf, to like at least 8. Also make a decent sized bet on the flop, 3/4 pot or so.

[censored] at this point, you are losing to a bluff.

flop bet is really small, it's hard to tell what to do on the turn because of it. I'd prob just fold the turn though.

I wasn't sure when I made the flop bet if I wanted him to call or not. That's a mistake, undoubtedly.

If I do bet 3/4 pot on the flop, and he calls, I'm folding to a big bet on the turn, right? As I should have in the original scenario. So doesn't a bigger bet on the flop cost me money? The villian is loose enough that he'll call 3/4 with about the same range as a 1/2 PSB, isn't he?

your bet was under 1/2 pot which looks really bad imo. If you had bet 2/3-3/4 then I think this turn is a very easy fold, but given the way the hand was played I hate both calling/folding the turn, but I'd prob still end up folding.

I like a bet more on the flop, but if called, i shut down and then call a river bet based on circumstance, preferably favorable.

I generally check the flop, then call a turn and river bet depending on board texture and bet sizing.

As played, fold the turn. Definitely fold the river.
