"Usually", rather than "Always", would have made the question easier to awnser.

It depends mostly on what cards I have and if I can knock anyone out or not with a cap.

If I had to choose one, which obviously is stupid, I would always call. Why? Because the flop tells me how far I want to go with my hand, and Id rather save my extra bets for after I have more information.

I think a pertinent element to these scenarios is the fact that whoever puts the last raise in pf is going to bet 95% of flops and probably 60-80% of turns.

the question is - when do we want that guy to be us, and when do we want it to be him?

Since we have to play our monsters in a similar manner to our trash hands, which strategy will work best over time.

qualifying with reads is fine.
