Default ($27) 66 UTG 5 handed

PokerStars Tournament, Big Blind is t200 with t25 antes (5 handed) Converter on pregopoker.com

Hero (t3200)
CO (t1485)
Button (t1405)
SB (t1920)
BB (t5490)

Preflop: Hero is in UTG with 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
Hero ???

CO has been sitting out mostly since he doubled up early on KJ vs QJ. since he's been back he's mostly limped into pots
BTN has been tight
SB has been reasonably tight
BB is a maniac, has been shoving since 100/200. FWIW he has PXFactor as his icon.

what's your line as hero ?

I'd still raise here. A min raise might actually be effective since it just about commits anyone who'd think of calling, except the BB. As far as he goes, has he been a maniac all around, or just when he's the first in/first to raise? Has he been coming over the top, too? These answers will dictate what you do if he plays. I think it would be way too conservative to fold, and calling invites a raise, which you don't really want from him.

He had been open pushing with position on my side of the table. cus the guy left of me had been sitting out and the guy right of me was shorty.

I usually will raise 500 here and play with caution if the big stack chooses to look me up.

If it's JackofHeartz (sp?) - pretty sure he's re-raising you or check raising most flops with a very wide range, villian definately uses his stack.

Given that I wonder if raising here is spew.

I fold here due to the bb's stack. Even if you do see a flop have fun playing it with a lot of overs. I think I need 99, maybe 88 to do anything here.

I'd fold here with a crazy BB.

what is important here is your stack size and the position of the rest of the stacks at the table. as blinds go up, you will be in a great position to be pushing into people you cover. i say fold and conserve your stack. given that BB is loose, this makes me want to raise even less, since you have to fold to his push.

not sure if this is me or not. I played some 27Ts Fri night but its not my normal game as I usually play the 16Ts. I don't recall being a maniac though.
