Been playing online for almost 2 years and I still do it probably every 5-10 minutes during a session. The bad part about this is that if I know I'm down a signifigant amount, I will sometimes play differently (not my A game) trying to get back to what I had when I started, or a few hands ago.

Some of us can remember how much we bought in for, and can tell at a glance if we are up or down at each table.

If you are playing too many tables to keep track of this, then you don't have time to check the cashier anyway.

I do the same, cashier and AIM. Is there something wrong with us? I also have a strong preference for the number 8 and symmetry.

HOLY CRAP he does have 8 posts he will never post again! Yeah do what I do buy in for like 30BB everywhere and then you know how much you have won lost. No need to check the cashier.. and its depressing to see that I just blew X dollars because someone did something stupid... You focus on your play and not the money and the money should come as a result.

Just start playing donkaments, then you wont have to worry about it. You're always down, trying to win back your buyin plus more.
