Default When is shorty short enough? - Trout Bubble

Gargantustack had been correctly abusing the table the past few orbits, taking blinds at liberty from all positions.

Hero is UTG and knows that neither of the mid-stacks will call a shove as hero is soon to blind off. Any call by them would also be facing a raise by the aggro Uberstack.

Hero thinks that he is short enough that ChipMonster should reasonably fold everything and get back to the biz of happily bruising the others next hand (and the next, etc.) while keeping Mr. ShortyStack alive to do so.

Hero (t1595)
Button (t3745)
SB (t3305)
BB (t18355)

Preflop: Hero is in CO with K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
<font color="red">Hero raises to t1595 (All-in)</font>, <font color="gray">Button folds</font>, <font color="gray">SB folds</font>, <font color="red">Villain? </font>

So, what do you do as Villain?
Is Hero short enough to make this play?

All comments/thoughts appreciated. Slacker

Close, but no cigar, I think.

Thanks for the thoughts. At the time, it seemed that my stack was tiny. Once I pulled up the hand, I realized that I probably had too many chips for this line of reasoning.

Yugo put it best in the thread you linked:
"The more interesting question is how small does Hero's stack have to be to justify a fold?"

The best illustration (from that same thread) was Suited Sixes' input:

Announcer: Bud Light presents 'Real American Heroes'
Singer: Real American Heroes
Announcer: Today we salute you, Mr. Small Stack Hanger-Onner Guy.
Singer: Mr. Hanger-Onner Guy
Announcer: Without you, medium sized stacks would be able to fight back as we steal their blinds.
Singer: Chips say bye-bye now.
Announcer: But you, sir, keeping them sitting on their stacks waiting for you to finish fourth as we give them a little lesson in position.
Singer: No, they can't do nothin'
Announcer: Armed with little more than a big blind, you hang in there orbit after orbit while we raise everybody but you as the rest of the table circles like vultures waiting for you to drop out. But do you drop out? No, you just keep hanging in there. Why? Because you know that as long as you've got a chip and a chair, you've got a chance.
Chorus: A really, really small one.
Announcer: So crack open an ice cold Bud Light, oh Soldier of the Small Stack, and know that when America is looking for a man to help us steal the blinds, your little stack keeps the rest of the table honest.
Chorus: Keep them honest.
Announcer: Bud Light Beer - Anheuser-Busch, St. Louis, Missouri.
