I would have bet again on the turn.
On the river -- I don't know -- I guess maybe he has an 8 or possibly even 96 or a boat? I'd probably call anyway, mostly because I'm not sure what Villain made of my turn check-call, and maybe he's the type who thinks that raising a busted draw with a made hand is a good idea. Or maybe he thinks you're making a blocking bet with some marginal made hand like 65 but might pay off his K4o or might fold to his busted draw. |

Raise preflop. Flop bet is fine, but turn is weak. There's a lot of draws out there and pairs he could have. Make another 3/4 to PSB and evaluate on the river. The river blocking bet also looks exceptionally weak. Make it $8 and then you should be able to fold to a raise.
