Default GaMbOL, a fun little experiment

Well I had a nice week in the NFL this week, and along with the Mansion bet I'm on a nice run. So I decided I wanna GAmBol it up a bit.

I have $2000 sitting in Pinnacle. The goal is simple place one bet everyday until it reaches $100,000 or I go bust.
You guys get to help me decide which bet to take. I'm gonna start tomorrow.

The game I'm leaning towards is Mariners -102 Vs. Blue Jays.

Baek has pitched extremely well in the past 4 starts. Going against two quality teams, Yankees and Red Sox's.Burnetts has also pitched well, but I think playing at home swings this game to the Mariners.

What do you think, let me hear your ideas the one most popular will be bet on that day.

Houston -132 over St. Louis

Roy Oswalt has been lights out. 5 straight quality starts, and they have been dominant performances. Meanwhile, Jason Marquis is god awful...and he's pitching even worse at home than on the road this year.

However, advantage goes to St. Louis at the plate and in the bullpen, especially since the Cardinals hit RHP well and the Astros struggle a little against RHP.

Nevertheless, the vast difference in quality of the SP will make all the difference here. I'll be on the Astros -132 and you should be too.

Oakland+141 looks nice to me. Haren rocks and Liriano probably won't pitch very long. KC and TB are probably just as good and maybe better if you've got the balls to bet big dogs with this type of [censored] around thing. In fact, I'd imagine big dogs are better bets in general given your manufactured goals here.

The Oakland line does look pretty good, especially considering that Liriano wont go more then 5 innings.

What do you think about taking the over at 8ev. Considering Haren had a terrible outing his last start and Liriano not going deep.

no opinion. if you forced me to take one it'd be over since it's at plus odds, but i don't think it's a good bet.

we're up to +150 on Oakland now...

both lines should get a little better.

EDIT: I just reread your OP. I think I misunderstood... are you betting all of the 2K on one bet a day until you bust or just one bet a day of a normal sized bet? If it's the latter then ignore the stuff I wrote in my first post about playing big dogs...

"Cincinnati moneyline, +5100. tOSU is coming of a big win, it's a classic letdown situation. Clearly, this is the lock of the week! Make your goal with just one pick!" he said, failing to keep a straight face.

I intend to go all in on every bet. I still like the Oakland line though.

Just placed it at +148.

So $2,000 to win $2960. Lets go A's.
