i'm an omaha8 newb but I think pushing is good here. You have protection for the nut low, 12 outs for a straight, and the ace of diamonds. It is unlikely he is going to call with a non nut flush draw. Someone tell me if I'm way off here.

I would pot it there too. Worse case scenerio is he has a set of 9's in which case you still have 12 outs to scoop and 20 outs to get at least half the pot. And like duck said, you have the ace of diamonds, so he probably wont call if he is chasing a non-nut flush.

UTG+1 started with $7.22, how did he raise to $10 on the flop?

Push it, but don't be surprised when the queen or king high flush draw calls. At this level its not that uncommon.

I did push, he had a set of 3's with no low draw. I hit the wheel, scooped, and he berated me for being an idiot. I laughed at him, but I thought perhaps I played it incorrectly.
