Default 10$ Party SNG Bubble and near bubble play

I just got back into playing after a 9 month break. I think my bubble play is ok but all the same, I need some advice.

PartyPoker $11 Regular Tournament, Big Blind is t600 (4 handed) Converter on pregopoker.com

CO (t4180)
Button (t10819)
SB (t2081)
Hero (t2920)

Preflop: Hero is in BB with K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
<font color="gray">CO folds</font>, <font color="gray">Button folds</font>, Hero calls t1481

Flop: (t2381) 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
Turn: (t2381) Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
River: (t2381) 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
Villain has been attempting to steal my blind every single time he can, for the last 3 rotations or so. I had successfully reraised him several times with hands like Ax, my only concern was I hadn't pinned down his exact range of hands, but I assumed it was pretty wide. However, reraising and calling all in are different. Is K9 acceptable in this case?

1.) Call looks good to me.

2.) I think I would push.

3.) How does he raise to 600 if the bb is 400? If he actually raised to 800 and that's your read on the guy I'd probably push.

4.) Push

5.) Ahh.....Fold.

2. I'm putting aside the fact that its probably an ev+ push and folding b/c 1. hes the big stack which probably means wider calling range 2. the shorty is in the big blind for about 1/4th of his stack next hand.

5. I'm suspicious of the min raise but whether its weak or strong is read dependent.

Your observation of hand 2 is pretty much the exact reason I folded there, but as for hand 5, I was hoping I could get advice in the case of a non-read. If I had a read on the guy I probably wouldn't be asking about the hand. Normally I would have pushed, but he was tied for a big stack and I figured the chance of folding into the money made it a fold.

Hand 5 clearly needs to be folded without reads, IMHO.
