I would tend towards capping preflop and 3-betting the flop, but i'm having trouble putting people on ranges based on PT numbers. If he caps flop, you can probably fold turn UI, but i'd want to get to showdown.

I usually checkraise the flop here and call down vs. any further aggression. His preflop raising range is tiny.

3-bet the flop, if he caps I would probably put him on a higher pocket pair, can't see him having 57 after 3-betting the flop. Would still want to go to showdown probably, but not giving up on overpairs when beat has lost me a lot of money lately.
