Default How to raise in this situation ?

Just a quick question ...

Let's say I have T6000 in chips and all players have below T2500, except 2 at T3000. Blinds are 200-400.

I'm UTG with a good hand. So, I want to go in for a raise. Usually, it would be roughly 1200, 3x. However, can I really raise to 1200, when most players have like 2500 in chips. Whether I like the flop or not, they're likely to go all in ... or if I put them all in, they'll have something like 4:1 on their call ...

So, in such cases, I would be better off "over-raising" to 2500 or AI to cover all the players, right ?
Are there any situations where it would be better not to over-raise to induce more calls, despite it would commit us to make a call of ~T1500 on the flop ?

Just push it. unless someone superagressive/retarted and you have AA and you know they will come over the top, or something of that nature just push it
