Default KK - pre-flop question

I had just sat down at the table and this is about 8 hands into it. I'm looking for the correct thought process - I need to know how I should approach this situation next time.

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (9 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

MP2 ($118.60)
MP3 ($101.47)
CO ($209.45)

SB ($107.60)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of $1.

I really did not know what to do here at all.

I think I raise it up to about $50 and see what MP wants to do. Without knowing that Mp is a complete nit, you can't be afraid to get it all in pf, can you?

I'ld raise it to $50 or $60. If MP folds, then we get to go up against the short-stack as a presumed favorite with a nice $20 overlay. If MP calls, we see a flop and play poker.

Let's say that we raise it to 55 and MP1 pushes all in. What do we do?

hhmm...so we have to put in another $145 in order to win approx. $280. Unless MP is a known rock, I can't imagine not calling this getting nearly 2:1.

Let's say that instead of reraising to 55 we go all in. How bad is that?

Also, if we do raise to 55 and he just calls us what do we do on the following flops:
a) 973r
b) QJ2 two of one suit
c) A94r
