Default Silly SnG Power tools question

In SNG PT there is an entry for chips and an entry for bets.

Lets say the BB has 1000 chips and posts 100 for the BB.
Should the chips now be 900 and the bets 100
or the chips 1000 and the bets 100

basically does chips amount include the bets or is after the bets?

Sorry for the stupid question but the docs were not clear

Stacks include the bets (ie: they are the starting stacks).

The chip counts are those at the beginning of the hand, before the blinds are posted.

It can be confusing, but the other way would be more confusing, because the player who's all-in could be mistaken at a glance for a non-existant player, since the chip count would appear to be zero, and the amount bet could be overlooked.
