I wanted to start playing some BJ on Casino-on-net / casino of 888.com. I deposited $215 and received a $200 bonus. I looked up how many hands i had to play to fullfull the wagering req. for the bonus.

In their bonus policy it states in article 1. that after wagering 20x the bonus amount i could cash out the bonus and accumulated winnings. However in an article 5. it states that i have to wager 50x to cash out my bonus (it does not mention the winnings, only the bonus) because i deposited via Neteller.

So, i wagered ~21x the bonus amount in BJ. Won $500 with it. Contacted their live help to confirm that i can cash out the $500 winnings and $215 intial deposit (leaving the $200 in my account untouched!). Now they claim that i have to wager 50x before i can cash out the winnings!! They claim that the 50x req also refers to the winnings, but in their policy they do not mention this, only strictly refering to the bonus only.

So are my reading skills detoriating very fast, or are they wrong?

You need to wager 50x the bonus amount, the T&C make that very clear. I don't know what you don't understand about it.

As I read it, the 50x ONLY refers to cashing out the given bonus, NOT to the winnings (article 5). In article 1 it DOES mention cashing out the winnings, but only a 20x is required. And all i want to do is cash out the winnings.

You don't understand what wager requirement means. Wager requirement means that you need to wager whatever amount BEFORE making any kind of withdrawl.

Sometimes casinos will let you withdraw your deposit and just wager with the bonus money, but this is a very bad idea because you'll be immediately labeled a bonus abuser and banned.

This i have completed, so i have met the requirements for cashing out winnings and bonus according to this rule. HOWEVER, they mention in article 5 that for Neteller i have to wager 50x to cash out the bonus.

Article 5: "All Initial Deposit Welcome Bonuses, 888-Day Bonuses ($88 Bonus) and Happy Hour Bonuses received via funds Deposited by NETELLER may be Cashed Out only after an amount totaling no less than 50 times the Bonus amount has been wagered."

So for Neteller deposits they have extra restrictions for cashing the bonus, not the winnings.

It seems you really have a point here. The Article 5 does not refrain you from withdrawing your winnings, only the bonus. As you have wagered enough to withdraw your winnings. you have a case here, and IMHO they should let you withdraw your winnings.

You have played according to their T&C's and they should respect them. Take a copy of the T&C's and contact them again. If no help, considering contacting Casinomeister and PAB.

Do you plan on getting reloads from 888 or are you just going to do the sign up bonus and never return?

If you don't care about the reloads, then go ahead and challenge them on the wording of their T&Cs. But you should expect to be labeled a bonus abusing nit.

If you want to get reloads for a long time, just wager the 30x more that you need to and then cashout.

Why don't you want the $200 bonus? Just bet small and it is almost riskfree.

From everything I read, theres a huge thread at PSO about this. Is that you deposit, and then withdrawl your 200, wait about 5 days and play with there 200 they give you. You can then withdrawl any winning about above the 200 dollar bonus amount without a hassal. You just need to wait till your money is back in your neteller account before you start playing or else then stop your first withdrawl.

Thanx for the input. I have decided just play of the 6k req in BJ. Costed me a few extra hours and $60, all in all, not that bad.
