Default ($5.50) Coin-flip early with possible dead money?

Level II and UTG limp/re-raises all in. I would normally fold this HU but BB cold-called my PF raise and would leave t120 dead if he folded. BB has been loose/passive so far but it was still early to get a good read.

Is an additional t120 enough to make this call?
Is it a fold if BB was not in the pot?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t30 (8 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

MP2 (t1880)

BB (t2300)

Yuck. I muck here pretty quickly. 120 dead is not nearly enough.

I think calling is +$EV at levels upto even $16 without a read. You'll be shown AQ AJ and just junk a lot of times to compensate for the times you flip a coin.
