Default Blood Type Diet

So has anyone heard of the theory published by D'adamo that advocates certain diets for different blood types?

If you have, what do you think of it, I have read a bit online and cannot make heads nor tails but am interested in the truth.

I have reasons I will disclose under torture to doubt and believe it, so what say you SMP?

Default Re: Blood Type Diet

I've read it. One word review:

crap.

basic flaw: assumes WAY too much based on a little bit of information about your body, and uses a very goofy method to determine what food are compatable with your blood type.

I suspect most of the positive reviews from happy customers is due to the fact that all the diets suggested are better than the average American diet (certainly better than the average diet of an overweight American).
