I haven't played minbet poker in forever but if I remember correctly, it has to do with betting OOP when a 4flush hits.

Clarkmeister flush theorum, which is something to the effect of

"when heads up, oop and holding a decent hand on a 4 flush board, bet, worse hands WILL call and you can fold to all raises"

or something, I may have it wrong as my standard play is bet, 3bet, call a cap and kick something.

The Clarkmeister story is similar to Spinal Tap. He used to be great, but then became sucky and irrelevant and still thinks he's great. Best thing to do these days is just nod and smile, while thinking "poor guy..".
