At the beginning of summer, there were a million workout/health threads posted in OOT where OOTers wanted to get in shape and more fit. I was beginning to wonder if this was happening because of a phenomena that happens in gyms during the beginning of summer - people simply want to look good for summer. I was hoping that all the threads arised due to a genuine interest in better health and looking better rather than just due to that summer time phenomena.
So now I'm interested in how everyone's progress went - either through lifts going up, body weight going up if you were trying to gain weight, body weight dropping if you were trying to lose weight or inches lost etc. So go on OOT, let us all know if you followed through with your goals and how your progress went! |

I went to the gym about 4 times a week, and gained almost 10 pounds in muscle. Hoping to continue the hard work throughout to christmas

I lost about 20 lbs from May until now. I would like to lose about 30-40 more lbs... hopefully by next summer. From these pics, my face looks a lot thinner I think.
