How bad is eating 2 donuts a day?

I get super-hungry after work, so I go to Dunkin'Donuts and buy 2 donuts, 5 times/week.

I wonder how bad this is to my health.

By the way, I'm skinny. I weigh like 125ds lb and 5'8" tall.

Meh. If you are concerned, replace these empty calories w/ something better for you (bring something to work to snack on). Of course, if you have bad dietary habits in general, I'm sure it will catch up to you when you get older and your metabolism slows down.

Donuts are sure yummy tho. Mmmm donuts.

Doughnuts are prob the worst things one can eat. One of the highest amount of TRANS-fats per calorie food out there. That being said the lighter (weight) the doughnut, the less terrible for you.
