Default Start Menu moved to 2nd Monitor

I have a 2 monitor setup (Dells if that matters, so is the PC) and recently moved my computer. When I hooked it back up, my desktop icons were still on the left monitor (1), but my start menu and taskbar moved to the right monitor (2). I can't seem to just drag it back to monitor 1.

How do I get this moved back to Monitor 1?

Same thing happened to me awhile back.
Can't just drag it back.
I just learned to live with it.
Would like to know how to restore it back myself.

edit
Hmm just tried moving it on my office system and I can drag it. Right click on the Task Bar and be sure it isn't locked.
Then just drag it over.
Need to try that on my home system tonight.
