Default General Affiliate Income Question

It seems the more i read on various sites about becoming an affiliate the more profitable it seems. EG. if i get 2-3 sign ups a week at $30 im making more than actually playing poker.

Is there some catch in being an affiliate, because otherwise it would seem like a lot more profitable, or at least more people would be doing it, (bonus whoring gets thousands of posts, but affiliate 'whoring' hardly gets any).

I've read an example of one guy messaging people on my space and getting hundreds of sign ups which gave him thousands of dollars with just an hour or two's work a day. It must be tougher than that right?

thanks!

Default Re: General Affiliate Income Question

If you're looking at it as a get rich quick scheme, I'd forget about it. If you're looking for something that will pay very little short term(usually) but MAY do well in the long term, then you might be interested. But be warned that it's a [censored] of work with little reward for a long time, sometimes as much as a year. I'd expect that 80% of all new affiliates give up within 6 months.
