Default QTo Blind Steal

Live 40/80 game I just sat down 1 round ago and this is my first button. I don't really have a good read on the villian yet, but all indications are pointing to a typical loose passive mid stakes live player. Folded to me and I have Q [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] T [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] and I open with a raise. The SB comes a long and the BB folds. Heads-up to a flop of K [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 9 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 7 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] and the sb bets out. Whats my action and whats my plan for the rest of the hand?

In a live game, I'd say raise and then feel your way through the turn and the river.

It matters a fair amount where this game was played.
