Default Stars 30/60 ATs

So I've been trying to learn NL but I got bored so I hopped into a 30/60 table (why is there only one 6 max table?)

I don't know any of the opp's and no one know me since this is the first time I play there. After about 50 hands someone named bicyclekick sits down and I have no idea if it is the same bicyclekick from 2+2 but I guess it is so even though I am not sure I immediately start giving him some respect. We haven't been at the table for long so I am a complete unknown to him. He is villain in the hand if someone didn't figure it out already.

PokerStars 30/60 Hold'em (5 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Preflop: Hero is BB with T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
UTG raises, 3 folds, Hero calls.

Against some villains I would 3-bet this and in rare occasions I would fold. I decided to just call here.

Flop: (4.50 SB) 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks, UTG bets, Hero calls.

A flop can't get much much dryer than this one and I have 2 overcards and a backdoor flush draw. I thought about Check raising representing a 7 but the combination of the flop being so dry and fact that he raised UTG caused me to discard that option. Is a call here thin or easy for you against an UTG raise? What if it was 6 handed?

Turn: (3.25 BB) 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks, UTG bets, Hero calls.

I now pick a draw to the nut flush and again consider check rasing but decided against it since if were him I would never believe it and unless he has total trash he is seeing the river anyway. Instead of putting 2 bets on the turn I can just call down for the same price although I have no idea if he will 3 barrel me with a worse hand.

What do you think, what's your plan for river? Did I play this too weak?

I like it. I havent played vs bz but from reading on the forums I get the impression he bet calls A high on that turn.

I would check/fold a river blank. I would bet/3-bet a flush and bet/call a pair. I'd check/call if the board double paired.

Edit: He's the same bicyclekick btw. I would have 3-bet preflop or c/r the flop, but I don't think your line is necessarily worse, just how I roll.

I like raising the turn and folding a blank river if he calls better than calling down if you're willing to put 2 bets in.

I think he has very little chance of folding a better hand on the turn. It would be pretty odd to check-call with top pair on this flop.

Playing 5handed I would for sure have 3-bet PF, which changes how the hand would play out. I think since you didn't, I would have CR'd the flop. Once you passively call to the turn, I'd keep just calling until you make your hand. I'd donk any A, 10, [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] on the river.

I think your play looks fine. I really doubt he folds anything on the turn. BK reads hands pretty well and likes to get to SD.

Raising the flop has serious merit but I'm not sure how BK plays 5 handed. If I got to the turn like you did I would bet all improvement, check call any non king, queen or jack.
