Party Points Inactive....now gone

I hadn't played on Party Poker since June, at which point I had accumulated about 38000 Party Points. When I returned this week, I was told that my Party Points account was inactive, but I could recover my points. I did recover the points and the screen showed my 38000 Points. But when I went back to Party Poker, the points weren't there.

I have tried to get this resolved through emailing Party Poker support, but I can't get any kind of intelligent response.

Even though I tell them I never took a screen shot, they request a screen shot of the 38000 Points.

I tell them I already recovered inactive Points and they explain how I can recover inactive Points.

I tell them I can't find my History and they tell me to check my History.

I don't know if anyone has corresponded with Party Poker, but I truly believe that they either can't or don't read the emails before responding.

Does anyone know how I can get my History of accumulated Party Points? Party Poker won't/can't give it to me.
