I dont think I want to just call that flop, I would 3bet him and see where i'm at.
If a J Q K or A comes or another heart, you have no idea where you are at.
i am not looking to double up through 1010 not unless I hit a set, just take the pot you have, you dont need to milk every hand.

Villains line looks a lot like JJ-KK I don't think he liked the ace any more than you did. Personally Im C/F this flop. As played, I'm not putting any more money into this pot after the flop.

Pre-flop is fine.

On the flop I think (in order of preference):

1. Check/Fold
2. Check/Raise
3. Check/Call

Without reads I play it the same way and fold the flop. This is almost always a bigger pair so if you hit your set you're getting paid but when you miss its spewing to continue.

Without reads I'm calling for set value and would check/fold that flop.

QFT

Min-raises often mean AA/KK, and they give you odds for set value, but other than that, let it go.

Fsista, you still using cardplayer forums as well as this one?

As for hand, im either c/f flop or 2/3-folding it.

No, I'm not using cardplayer forums. Who are you over there? Yesterday was my first played day in like 2 months.. So I'm a bit out of shape . I called this flop, wishfully thinking that he might have some kind of Ahigh and that he would check a blank turn (and I had quite cool odds). When turn came i c/folded. Is folding this flop always the standard thing to do?

I usually call flop bet if it's < pot and see what the turn brings.

I don't see what's so wrong with betting out here.
