Default How is my play?

I am usually not rasising this hand pre flop, but the table had been very weak lately, and I was taking down some easy pots. Also, the 50/100 stage is soon to come, and I can't just sit around waiting for AA. 1,20$, 45 man, blind levels 8 min.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t50 (7 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

BB (t1200)
UTG (t1570)
MP1 (t6335)
MP2 (t1550)
Hero (t1455)
Button (t3130)
SB (t2045)

Preflop: Hero is CO with Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, MP1 calls t50, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to t200</font>, <font color="#666666">3 folds</font>, MP1 calls t150.

Flop: (t475) J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
MP1 checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets t400</font>, <font color="#CC3333">MP1 raises to t800</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to t1255</font>

Do I have to pay him off if he has two pairs, trips or a straight?

AQ, AJ, JJ+ do NOT limp-call (usually), so the ONLY hand I see him playing this way that you're behind of is KT. And if he has that - then yes, pay him off...

Agree with mornelth here. He does the same crap with AK and probably AT too on this board.

Idk...I prob. play like hell in mtt's, but i'd fold here. From reading this, he looks super strong. Min check raises to me, are one of the strongest plays in poker. He probably doesn't have AK here, and many other high hand combinations destory your bottom two. Some1 please let me know if my thinking is correct -- If you saw your opponents hand, and knew you were beat, its correct to fold here right?

What hands does the opponent have that didn't raise preflop while being given 2 opportunities to do so?

Honestly, any two high hand combos. His stack is big, and might be playing deceptive with those pp's on the board, KT for a straight -- maybe its just instincts that could explain it, but i'v played alot of sng and would fold here almost every time.

I'm a bit confused; are you saying that he won't limp/call AJ or AQ but he will with AK?

Was the table weak-tight or just flat out weak? The minraise is sorta puzzling but I think I could see villain doing this with JhTh or something like that.

I'm saying he'll do the flop minraise crap with hands that we're beating here. AK, AT, JThh as you said, etc. We're not necessarily behind here, and if we fold now, we leave half of our stack in the pot and have to double up again just to get back to where we are...and we're folding away most of our future FE too, since when blinds go up to 50/100, we have 6 BB's.

I think your hand is too strong at this point to think about folding, but if you had more chips behind your bet, I would say fold. I can see KT min-raising here to defend against hearts with his straight.. also I don't think you can just rule out AJ here, I limp/call with AJ at this stage ...
