Default NL100: JJ vs PF 4-bettor

I can't find this hand in my history, but here's the gist of it. No read on villain in CO other than I don't think he's good, but not a complete moron either.
Villain $80 in CO
Hero $100 in SB

CO opens to $4, Hero makes it $12, villain makes it $28, Hero calls (mainly cuz I didn't know what to do).

Flop is 995. ($57)
Hero's action.

I was considering going AI PF, folding PF, donk/folding, donk/calling, check/raising AI. In retrospect, I have a line in mind (which I'm not sure is right), so I'd like to hear from you guys.

When he 4bets its push or fold. He has only 52 left. I'd fold against an unkown.

Fold preflop. Most people don't 4-bet anything but KK-AA, and you're not getting implied odds to try and flop a set. You can't really donk/fold, cause he has only $58 left (donking would suck if you were deeper too, though).

That's good to hear, since it's what I thought I should've done afterwards. Also, if this guy had $150 to start, I'm calling purely for set value & if he had $50, then I'm going AI?

With less than 100 BB, you should probably be leaning towards folding to the 4bet preflop.

Fold pf, and you should probably think about folding QQ here too. On that flop you have to get it in.

I think he'd have to have at least $250 to start before you can call for set value.

I think you should fold if he has $50 as well. It's tempting to just push vs. a short stack, but a 4-bet is still a 4-bet.
