Final Table hand from $4 + $0.40

This hand bothers me a little bit.

Pertinent info: I have been shifting gears often at the FT so far, went from tight to open-raising 2/3 hands about 15 hands ago. Villian is a solid player, and definitely notices that I am now playing like a LAGtard. Two of the last three hands I've open-raised I've been repopped (once by button, once by villian, hence the fact that I am now chip loser) and had to lay down.

Given this info, what would your calling range be here?

That's an equivalent of limp-push to me...

I'm proceeding here with a pretty tight range, something like 99+, ATs+, AJo+, KQs. One of my considerations for being this tight is that if I fold - I have 10BB's and it's PUSHBOT TIME BABY!!! I like to get all my chips in the pot on MY terms, not HIS....
