Default $11r J9o SB vs BB ITM

PartyPoker Regular Tournament, Big Blind is t400 (3 handed) Converter on pregopoker.com

Hero (t10765)
SB (t4000)
BB (t5235)

Preflop: Hero is in Button with J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
<font color="red">Hero raises to t1000</font>, SB calls t800, <font color="gray">BB folds</font>

Flop: (t1800) 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
<font color="red">SB bets t812</font>

So, I think it's an all in or fold decision since villain is pot commited anyway, so what's the best to do in this case?

Does villain bet out at a lot of flops? I'd probably push it here unless he was very tight. Even if you lose you have a healthy stack.
